Shipping & Returns

  1. Equipment sold through Broadcast Solutions, carry no warranties or guarantees other than those offered by the Owner.
  2. All equipment is sold on a prepayment basis and is subject to availability.
  3. No approved refunds will be disbursed until the equipment in question is returned to and received by the Owner.
  4. Broadcast Solutions sells all merchandise with the understanding that the buyer has a 48 HOUR inspection period unless otherwise stated, to ensure that merchandise is in working condition and/or is as it was represented to be.
  5. If merchandise is not as represented or not in working condition we will find an adequate replacement, arrange to have the merchandise repaired or issue a refund at our discretion.
  6. The Buyer is responsible for all initial shipping charges as well as duties and taxes (if applicable).
  7. The Owner is responsible for All return shipment of equipment if, during the inspection period, the equipment is found to have been misrepresented by the Owner.
  8. All equipment is sold F.O.B. point of origin. Freight, insurance, and taxes (when applicable) are additional to the Buyer.
