- Equipment sold through Broadcast Solutions, carry no warranties or guarantees other than those offered by the Owner.
- All equipment is sold on a prepayment basis and is subject to availability.
- No approved refunds will be disbursed until the equipment in question is returned to and received by the Owner.
- Broadcast Solutions sells all merchandise with the understanding that the buyer has a 48 HOUR inspection period unless otherwise stated, to ensure that merchandise is in working condition and/or is as it was represented to be.
- If merchandise is not as represented or not in working condition we will find an adequate replacement, arrange to have the merchandise repaired or issue a refund at our discretion.
- The Buyer is responsible for all initial shipping charges as well as duties and taxes (if applicable).
- The Owner is responsible for All return shipment of equipment if, during the inspection period, the equipment is found to have been misrepresented by the Owner.
- All equipment is sold F.O.B. point of origin. Freight, insurance, and taxes (when applicable) are additional to the Buyer.
